Sailing Yachts again...

Recently I had the chance to get back into shooting some smaller yachts. Interiors are always challenging but to get out in the sea again in fine weather was fantastic. These images are from a session with a Swan 90 called Selene


and a Southern Wind 30M called Rapture that has now left for the Pacific.

The Inn

The Inn at English Harbour is one of Antigua's original hotels,recently refurbished with an eclectic contemporary approach and upgraded to five star status. The brief for the photography shoot was to capture this combination of classic Caribbean Style and contemporary design.

90M Nero in Antigua

The 90M Corsair Yachts NERO spent a month in and around Antigua. She was built in China for the yacht charter market. Showboats International Magazine commissioned a photography session that spanned 4 days and included aerials, @ anchor set ups, interiors as well several some unusual twilight sessions. The feature article will be published in the April/May 09 issue.

Pegasus II Shoot

Last week Pegasus II arrived in Antigua for a photoshoot. The 60M Oceanco is doing a new brochure & website with Laser Advertising of Ft. Lauderdale. We spent 3 days around Antigua setting up interiors and underway images. The weather although squally at times settled down perfectly for when Greg arrived in the helicopter at Green Island for the aerial session.

Contrary to popular belief...

I do get asked to shoot non yacht related imagery. Last month I had the pleasure of going back to St. Kitts to work for an existing client: Newfound Developers. Their Ocean's Edge project needed some new advertising images. As well as some interesting angles of nearly completed buildings we also shot at the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course and several Island attractions. WE also shot several beach images that were later stitched together to form panoramics.

Gallery prints now available

Exciting news is that now you can order gallery prints directly on line through a new partner program with Zenfolio. Galleries are here and orders will go directly to a lab in the States which will handle print ordering and delivery. Multiple sizes are available as well as different papers and a framing option. During the next months I will be uploading new images so check back frequently.

Antigua @ The Monaco Yacht Show

Two 6' wide wall prints will be on display at the 2008 Monaco Yacht Show at the Antigua & Barbuda Yachting Destination tent at D' Ar Sud. The prints have been commissioned by the Antigua Charter Yacht Show and are part of on going marketing efforts that also include IMAGES, the coffee table book and a specially designed T- shirt, USB drives and other branded giveaway items. The exclusive Monaco show is in its 18th year and showcases not only the yachts but a huge cross section of the marine industry & it's products and services as well.
